【Story】
“After that, Anna was never the same.”
Ever since witnessing the body of a classmate who had taken her own life during her high school days, Anna began to change.
Her brother, Amenashi, lives burdened by the belief that he may have been the cause of her eventual suicide.
One night, in a hidden corner of Tokyo’s neon-lit streets, a secret event takes place—where desperate young people gather with the intention of ending their lives together.
Driven by guilt and regret over losing his sister, Amenashi disappears into the neon night.
Sensing something is wrong, his close friends Hattori and Nozu decide to infiltrate the nightclub where the event is being held.
Within this final space—where young people, crushed by the coldness of Tokyo society, have chosen death—the three attempt to escape.
But as they do, the emotions buried deep within them begin to surface.

■ Director Yuto Shimizu × Producer Ken Ochiai Reunite
Rising director Yuto Shimizu, who won the Best J-Horror Award at the Japan Film Festival Los Angeles 2022 at just 20 years old, and released his first feature film “Boku no Naka ni Saku Hanabi” @bokuhanamovie in 2025, takes on the role of writer and director for this project.
Set in Tokyo—a major city where suicide ranks among the leading causes of death among young people—the film blends fear, loneliness, and nostalgia into a rollercoaster-like narrative.
Producer Ken Ochiai, who began making films at the age of 12 and has worked across films, TV dramas, and commercials in both Japan and the U.S., joins the project once again. He is also known for directing “Uzumasa Limelight” (2014), a human drama set in Kyoto’s historic film district.

Cast
Iori Abe, who previously played Minoru in the film “Boku no Naka ni Saku Hanabi,” takes on the role of the protagonist Amenashi, a lonely young man who continues to search for traces of his sister who took her own life. Utano Aoi, known for her appearances in the dramas “Ya Boy Kongming!” and “Sacchan, Boku wa.,” plays Anna, Amenashi’s sister. This marks the second collaboration between Abe and Aoi following “Boku no Naka ni Saku Hanabi.”

Kosuke Tanaka(“TOKYO VICE”) plays Nozu, the close friend of the siblings, while Taiga Hironaka, who is also active as a rapper under the name DUNK11 in Los Angeles, takes on the role of Hattori.
The supporting cast further includes Kan a.k.a. GAMI, leader of the Shinjuku-based hip-hop group MSC, Bonzu, leader of HIKIGANE SOUND based in the Yanagase area of Gifu, and Isaac, host of the popular podcast “Golden Rush” on YouTube and TikTok.
