Biography

Kosuke Tanaka
Born on July 31, 1996, in Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan.
On his 20th birthday, he made a firm decision to pursue a career as a Hollywood actor.
He studied the fundamentals of method acting for two years at UPS Academy, founded by renowned casting director Yoko Narahashi, and is currently represented by IT Kikaku.
In 2022, Tanaka successfully won the audition for the role of rookie newspaper reporter Tin-Tin / Makoto Kurihira in Tokyo Vice, a Japan–U.S. co-produced drama series by HBO Max and WOWOW, marking his debut in an international production.
Since then, he has appeared in a wide range of works, including Silent Parade (’19), Tokyo Vice Season 2 (’24), and HAPPYEND (’25), demonstrating versatility across genres.
He is set to appear in the upcoming film TOKYO NIGHTFALL, scheduled for release in 2026.
With the ability to transform his appearance and presence to suit each role, Tanaka aspires to be an actor who can perform seamlessly on both domestic and international stages.
